Welcome

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Martin Castle as our new Commercial Director. With over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and broadband delivery industry, Martin brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record that will be instrumental in driving our company forward. His deep understanding of business development, coupled with a history of managing large-scale operations and leading high-impact projects, positions him as the perfect leader to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.

Martin’s career is a testament to his dedication and ability to navigate the evolving telecommunications landscape. He played a pivotal role in the rollout of the UK’s first broadband internet service, a milestone that revolutionised connectivity across the country. His leadership skills were further demonstrated during his time with Virgin Media, where he was an integral part of the management team responsible for the successful acquisition and merger of two of the UK’s largest telecommunications companies, NTL and Telewest. This merger set the stage for rebranding under Virgin Media, which remains one of the most recognised names in the industry today.

With extensive experience in managing large-scale field operations, third-party teams, and technical contact centres on a national level, Martin is no stranger to leading teams through complex challenges. His expertise in major commercial contract negotiations and way-leave agreements has consistently driven significant business results, securing numerous high-value contracts. In his previous role, he managed Virgin Media’s largest outsourced contract, overseeing a budget exceeding £200 million annually, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Martin has a strong background in consulting, where his strategic insight has helped companies win major contracts worth over £150 million as tier-one suppliers. His experience in change management and operational improvements will be crucial as we look to streamline our processes, optimise productivity, and enhance our service delivery.

Martin’s appointment marks a significant step forward for our company. His leadership and industry expertise will be crucial in shaping our growth strategy and unlocking new opportunities. We’re confident his contributions will help us achieve our goals, and we look forward to a dynamic future with him on board.
